Are you possibly thinking of the “Bolwell Nagari”, which from memory was a fibreglassed body, reminiscent of an early corvette stingray, which fit to ?HQ holden running gear?
I am afraid those goggles are cocktail goggles. They only work after 5.
You will find cleaning instructions with the goggles. The usual advice is to only polish the inner surface with the bag provided with the goggles. No tissues. No napkins. Never polish the inner surface when it is wet.

It is pretty much a scam, you can’t find information about these companies on wikipedia and they are basically made in China with very smart wording to make you think they are Swiss made. They just make several websites and list very high prices to make you want to purchase it on Ebay. There aren’t real retail stores (such as Tourneau) that sell these watches. But there are still some people who like these watches. This website would helphttp://www.fratellowatches.com/archives/2004/11/16/another-scam/
It’s a Asian made watch (Chinese to be exact) that sometimes some sellers try to pass as a Swiss made watch.
