They were most likely discontinued when you bought them. so, they were most likely bought by sears on sale from the company that made them and they bought them out. There are none available out there on the sites I can think of to look them up on. Sears does not have any sort of warranty? But, yeah. Most cheapy places sell closeouts quite a lot.
Walmart, or if you find a good deal like a one time sale somewhere else. Actually you can also buy peoples old frames on ebay and switch out the lenses if you’re really thrifty.
You can go to any optical store…that’s what they do.I would stay away from Walmart Optical and similar discount chain places though because they will send your frame out for at least a week to a central lab, that certainly aren’t known for quality workmanship. Many good optical stores cut the lenses right on the premises, so your frame won’t be sent away and possibly get damaged.
Your best bet is to go to your policy web site and find out what is covered. It also depends on if where you’re buying the glasses is in network. most places give about a 25% discount up front out of network, then you send your receipts in for further reimbursement. Ask the optician to look up if they are in network for you.
$50.00 for a frame and up to $125.00 for lenses for a total of $175.00 for single vision glasses.
they’re called browlines.
Draw on it with silver sharpie marker, get stickers, you can even put tiny holes on them with a drill, but be careful.
Try the link below for suggestions for frames for your face shape. You’re lucky because more frames work with an oval face shape than most others. Also, you can try on frames by uploading a head photo of yourself at the second link below.I’ll research popular frames with your age group and post them here. Hope this helps!
I don’t know, but in malls there are sale!
Here is a site I found. I don’t know if it is good or not.http://www.eyeglasslensdirect.com
My sister lost her glasses last Thursday and I ordered one online for her. I received it today. better than I expected. and my sister has forgot about the lost. fast shipping and cheap. really worthy. I think it’s a good site to recommend if you also need glasses. http://www.glassesshop.com/
I got Transitions, the ones that turn dark in the sun. My frames are nice, with no line at the bottom. Here’s a pic of me to make the explanation a bit easier.

Hi Linda, To solve the problem of the frames leaving marks on your skin, clear nail polish will work just fine. If you’re anything like me, you’ll want to tape off the lenses before you “paint”!The nail polish in colours might work as a refinish too, but I’m not sure I’d be trying it on something that was crucial if it didn’t work. If you have an old pair you don’t care about you might give it a try. Rough them up a bit with fine sandpaper first. Lori
