I agree that there is a chance it is causing some of your problems, especially the frames getting out of alignment. Replacing those could be the cheapest solution to your problem. I would also consider seeing an ENT (ear nose and throat) doctor to see if your dizziness can be related to problems with your inner ear. Here’s a little info I found on wikipedia that lists otology (ENT) and neuro-otology (specializes even more with disorders causing dizziness) and some disorders that cause dizziness.
