Free efficient roadmap for eyeglass frames measurements

Eyeglasses arm length?
I bought some eyeglasses frames online that I’ve been wanting for awhile and everything was perfect in measurments… eyeglass frames measurements ALMOST. The glasses I have right now has measurements of 52-16-140. But the ones I bought have 52-16-130… so the arms are 10mm shorter. I haven’t received the frame yet but how bad is this going to be for me? Is that too big of a difference like the frames might not me?
